Our Pure Irish Honey with Raspberry is a carefully blended fusion of our pure Irish soft-set honey and pure Raspberries.

The result is a smooth, creamy spreadable texture that carries a fragrant floral flavour, balancing sweetness with a fruity raspberry twist.

Suggestions for Use

1. Spread on toast, pancakes or bread for fruity snack
2. Mix into yogurt, smoothies or porridge

• This is our soft-set honey direct from our Swords and Kinsealy apiaries.
• Fresh honey from nature directly to you with minimal filtering, retaining all the natural goodness from the hive.
• Our honey is treatment-free and totally natural. We do not use any chemical treatments in the management of our hives.
• We manage our hives sustainably, only removing the surplus honey at the end of the season.
• We always leave enough honey for the bees to have food during the times when there may not be anything to forage on or the weather may be too cold to leave the hive.
• Pure honey may crystallize or granulate after time. This is a natural occurrence and in fact a proof that it is indeed pure unadulterated honey. You can gently heat it to return it to its liquid state.
