* Shipping costs within the Republic of Ireland are from €2.99 to maximum €7.99 calculated at checkout, depending on order size, value and weight. 

* Local Delivery Charge of €4.50 is an option available on orders for delivery to an address within 3km of our premises in Killester. If your delivery address is within 3km of our premises, local delivery option will be available to you at checkout. We aim to deliver your local order either the same or next working day where possible. Please leave delivery instructions in a note at checkout if you have specific delivery needs.

* Delivery to Northern Ireland is available for all our products. Please note that the postal code must be added to the shipping address at the checkout process in order for the shipping options to Northern Ireland to appear.  Unfortunately we are unable to offer shipping to the rest of the UK at present. 

* Delivery of our non-liquid products is available to the EU.  Unfortunately we cannot ship honey to outside the island of Ireland at present.

* Your order for nationwide delivery in Ireland will be processed and dispatched within 48 working hours for delivery with An Post. The only exception to this being custom-made and personalised items. Once your order leaves us we cannot be held responsible for delays with delivery. Please note that it can take at least 3-7 working days from shipping date for your order to be delivered. Please be patient especially at busy times of the year. Please note that should An Post be unable to deliver your item due to no answer at the delivery address it is your responsibility to collect your order from your local An Post sorting office. Please keep an eye on your tracking information to follow the progress of your delivery. If your order is returned to us due to non-collection at the sorting office, a second shipping fee will be payable in order to re-send your order. 

* If you wish your package to be left unattended at your shipping address please put a note in the checkout page. In this situation all responsibility for your delivery will be passed to you once the package has been delivered to your chosen safe spot and no claims for non-delivery will be entertained. 

* We try to keep our shipping and handling charges as low as possible. As we are a very small family business we are unfortunately unable to offer free shipping at present.

* Your order will be sent using recyclable, reusable packaging. We very often use pre-used packaging as part of our eco-conscious ethos but will always use new packaging where the order is marked as a gift.

* Unfortunately due to international shipping regulations regarding liquids we cannot ship honey abroad at present. All other beeswax products can, however, be sent by recorded delivery to any shipping address within the EU. For any shipping address outside Ireland and the EU please contact us for details.
