The honey in this Irish Honey Gift Box is delicious pure raw Irish honey produced by bees living happily in the suburbs of Dublin, Ireland.
Our award-winning honey is multi-floral, the taste changing from year to year depending on what the bees have foraged in the gardens of Dublin.
This is pure Irish honey straight from the hive with minimal filtering from your local beekeeper.
We manage our hives sustainably, only removing the surplus honey at the end of the season.
We always leave enough honey for the bees to have food during the times when there may not be anything to forage on or the weather may be too cold to leave the hive.
Pure honey may crystallize or granulate after time. This is a natural occurrence and in fact a proof that it is indeed pure unadulterated honey. You can gently heat it to return it to its liquid state.
